UDS
places secure containers in appropriate locations throughout
your premises. At regularly scheduled intervals, UDS comes
to your place of business or home and destroys records on
the spot. Locked security cabinets, supplied free of charge,
store the documents until they are removed by a bonded and
insured employee and shredded in UDS's truck on your premises.
Once shredded, a certificate of destruction is issued and
the paper recycled. The on-site option provides a convenient,
secure and environmentally safe way to destroy sensitive information.
By using the on-site option, the cost of destruction is reduced:
no shredder to purchase, no employee wages to pay, no mess
to clean and no disposal cost.
Our trucks feature enclosed automated equipment where all
shredding takes place on board, never requiring hand feeding.
This allows for hands off document destruction on-site, ensuring
complete confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Our equipment destroys your material so it is no longer readable
or able to be pieced together. You absolutely have no concern
about invasion of privacy as all material is immediately shredded
in our mobile trucks. A Certificate of Destruction is also
provided as evidence the material was properly destroyed.
